Microsoft

Microsoft Lists has several features most teams have not explored yet. You can tag teammates directly in item comments, build customizable forms that feed data straight into your list, set up automated notifications for changes or upcoming deadlines, and even embed your list into a SharePoint page as a live dashboard. If your team is already using Lists, these built-in tools can save a lot of time and back and forth.

Scammers are now using AI to clone a family member's voice, then calling relatives claiming that person has been kidnapped and demanding money. One Bay Area woman wired over $5,000 before discovering her daughter was completely safe. If you ever receive a call like this, hang up and call your family member directly on a number you already have. A moment of skepticism can prevent a costly mistake.

AI

Google does not always get mentioned alongside ChatGPT and Claude, but their recent IO conference showed they are moving fast. From agentic AI that completes tasks for you, to real-time translation through smart glasses and AI health coaching, Google is building across every category. The bigger takeaway for businesses is that AI is starting to look like the SaaS landscape, where you use multiple tools for different jobs.
