Have you ever spent too much time scrolling through Outlook trying to track down a single email or that one PDF you know you saved months ago? Searching in Outlook can feel overwhelming, but there is a way to make it easier. Outlook now allows you to filter results by format. This means you can quickly narrow your search to emails, files, Teams messages, or even people in your org.
