Have you ever spent too much time scrolling through Outlook trying to track down a single email or that one PDF you know you saved months ago? Searching in Outlook can feel overwhelming, but there is a way to make it easier. Outlook now allows you to filter results by format. This means you can quickly narrow your search to emails, files, Teams messages, or even people in your org.

While you are searching for your inbox, hackers may be searching your social media. Unfortunately, not even children are off limits when cybercriminals look for personal information. With back-to-school season in full swing, many parents share first-day photos online without realizing the risks. There are safe ways to share those milestone moments without exposing sensitive details. Even if you do not have kids, this guidance is important for everyone, since oversharing online can create risks you may not have considered.

Finally, let’s shift back to AI. Excel is one of the most powerful but complex tools in Microsoft 365, and Copilot is making it much easier to use.
