Why Endsight exists
Endsight is a locally outsourced technology support solution. We serve roughly 250 clients here in the Bay Area (Napa included) by taking the place of their IT department. Our employees experience a wide range and depth of knowledge.
We fight the supervillain that you know as "Bad IT". We do this by strategically thinking about business technology and how it plays into the mission and operations of our clients. With strategy being the first step in any project, building, managing, and supporting technology becomes a positive experience for all involved. Our process creates optimal IT management solutions and human-friendly technical support for organizations, from the small business to the large non-profit.
We are on a mission to provide an excellent operational experience to mission-driven organizations who do incredible things for the community and beyond.
Endsight delivers premium IT management and support to small and medium-sized businesses of all industries. Our service combines highly trained IT professionals with sophisticated automation and remote management technology to create reliable networks that clients use as a lever for their business model, mission, and purpose.
In late 2003, we had an idea for a new company that would provide enterprise IT best practices to small organizations.
Endsight was born.
We were of the first subscription IT services of their kind that soon became known as a Managed Services Provider. Our fixed-monthly cost allowed small organizations to reduce unexpected costs and gain more predictability in their expenses (vs. charging for hourly IT support).
Our calculated bet worked out!
As of 2018, we are at $14 Million in revenue and have 80 full-time employees, all while staying true to our values and weathering ups and downs in the economy. Looking back at the challenges we faced, we wouldn’t trade it. Adversity often produces resilience, and Endsight has it in spades.
