What Is the Balance in Your Trust Account?

Every interaction you have with someone is either building trust or tarnishing trust. A great way to look at it is through the metaphor of emotional bank accounts. Steven Covey’s book, The Speed of Trust outlines this concept very well. Every interaction either deposits trust or withdraws trust.
