Our team is made up of over 80 computer enthusiasts who have chosen to make a career out of their love for technology. Every single Endsight employee has a unique story to tell. Here are some of those stories:
Joey started at Endsight as an entry-level help-desk technician. Rewarded for his commitment to clients and pursuit of knowledge, he was promoted to a position on our Field Engineering team. There, he busted his tail working on client projects and further sharpening his technical skills. Today, he has come full circle working as a team-leader and mentoring our entry-level technicians.
Steve, a former U.S. Marine, joined Endsight because he wanted a career in IT. Starting off as a level 1 tech, he has continued to acquire both knowledge and responsibility for 8 years. Since then, Steve has moved on, but his superb work for Endsight in the past has directly impacted every Endsight customer as well as the lives of thousands of users across the country.
Another former U.S. Marine Adam started with Endsight as a level 2 technician. Taking advantage of his excellent client communication skills and solid technical foundation, he was promoted to the role of Technical Account Manager. After excelling in that role, he was again promoted and now directly manages 12 employees and all help desk operations at Endsight.
Leaving a job at a paper mill in Michigan and with no IT experience, Joel started with Endsight as an analyst writing proposals. Over the years he epitomized our core values and rose through the ranks on Endsight’s Field Engineering team doing progressively more complex projects. Now? He is the VP of Engineering and manages a team with the giant responsibility of building the production networks for hundreds of Bay Area businesses.
