AI Services
AI Consulting, Deployment & Training
Every business can buy limitless intelligence now. The wisdom to use it is still in short supply.
A monthly subscription gives a ten-person firm in Napa the same model a Fortune 500 research team uses. The wisdom is what stays scarce: knowing which work to hand AI, which data to trust, and where a person still needs to make the call.
That wisdom is what we've spent 20 years building. Start with one conversation, and you'll leave with a short list of the places AI can save your team the most time, whether or not we end up working together.

What AI services does Endsight provide?
Endsight provides AI consulting, deployment, training, and support for businesses in California and Hawaii. Services run from the AI Opportunity Assessment through platform rollout, training, process design, AI agents, and MCP integrations, backed by an AI Fluent Help Desk that responds within five minutes. Law firms, wineries, and professional services firms are the most common fit.
Every stage of AI, covered
Your team decides where AI goes. We help you get there safely, from the first assessment to the agents running every day, and we're on call when something breaks.
AI Platform Selection & Rollout
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot: you choose the one that fits how your people already work, and we set it up securely on the systems you use every day.
AI Opportunity Assessment
Your team sits down with ours to map where the hours go each week. You leave with a ranked list of the AI use cases worth doing first, the right tool for each, and the ones worth skipping.
AI Training & Enablement
Hands-on training on your team's own work, for whichever platform you use. It's available on its own, so teams that already have licenses can start getting value from the seats they're paying for.
Automation & AI Process Design
The best automation plan often includes less AI than you'd expect. We map the workflow with you and match each step to the right tool: rules-based automation where the logic is predictable, AI where the work needs judgment.
AI Agent Development, Deployment & Tuning
Your team hands off the repetitive work: intake, document review, and reporting. We build agents alongside your team, inside the tools you already use, and keep tuning them as your business changes.
AI Integrations (MCP)
MCP is how AI tools plug into the systems your business runs on, like your CRM, SharePoint, and practice management software. We design those connections, secure them, and keep them working as vendors update.
AI Fluent Help Desk
For teams already running AI: when a connector fails, a login breaks, or an add-in stops loading, call a help desk you can trust. Our five-minute response guarantee covers your AI tools too.
What clients say
In their own words
Straight from the comments our clients leave when they rate our team.
"Jeff took care of this complicated AI software integration. It was a new rollout for the product feature and even the company techs were unsure how to implement the integration. Thank you."
Erwin S.
San Diego | Law firm
"Colin has become a good resource for me to get connectors setup for our agentic or AI blended workflows. He is able to figure out installs, connectors, and other open issues I encounter while exploring this new era of connectability."
Chad V.
Napa | Vineyard management
"From the kick-off meeting forward, we looked to Endsight as a consultative resource, not simply IT support. Jyan and the team listened to the business context, understood what we were trying to accomplish, and approached the work and follow through thoughtfully. Their responsiveness, including clearly quoted hours based on a defined scope, and thoughtful use of AI, consistent with an approach discussed by our Board, helped accelerate turnaround while incorporating our SOP requirements."

Why AI adoption stalls
The gap between what AI can do and what your team uses is widening every week
There has always been a gap between what technology can do and how people put it to work. Web platforms, mobile, cloud software: every wave arrived faster than most businesses could absorb it. AI follows the same pattern at a speed nothing before it has matched. The models get meaningfully better every few months, and the distance between what's possible and what your team uses today grows whether you act or not.
On the surface, the gap looks like a training problem. A few licenses nobody opens. One person using AI for everything while the rest of the team waits to be shown how. Pull back the curtain and it's usually three things at once: the AI can't see the data it needs, nobody has mapped which work it should touch, and nobody's sure it's safe to let it try.
A login solves none of those. Closing the gap takes people who understand your business and your systems at the same time.
What technology can do What most teams use
The widening space between the two lines is the gap. Illustrative, not sourced data [DRAFT: chart is illustrative]
What it takes
Closing the gap takes two kinds of judgment. Most teams have one.
Someone has to decide where AI belongs in your business, and where it doesn't. That decision takes two kinds of judgment. One understands how your work gets done: the workflows, the costs, the people, and the risk. The other understands what it all runs on: the models, the data, the systems, and the security around them. Those skills rarely live in one person. At Endsight, they sit on one team.
Business judgment
- Workflows: how intake, billing review, or reporting moves through your team today, including the steps nobody wrote down.
- Cost: the hours each step takes, what an error costs, and what fixing it is worth.
- People: who does the work now, who has to change, and what gets them to adopt it.
- Risk: which work can't go wrong, like client data, deadlines, and money moving.
- Value: which wins pay off in weeks, and which are worth a longer build.
- Control: where a person signs off before anything leaves the building.
Technical judgment
- Models: which of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot fits each step, and when rules-based automation beats all of them.
- Data: where your data lives, how clean it is, and what needs fixing before AI can rely on it.
- Systems: the platforms it has to work inside, like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, your CRM, and your practice management software.
- Integrations: the connectors and MCP servers that let AI read and write to those systems safely.
- Security: permissions that let AI see only what each person is already allowed to see, watched by our security operations team.
- Reliability: monitoring, plus a help desk that answers in five minutes when something stops working.
Put both on one team, and the way your business works becomes work AI can do.
On your account, that means an assigned Executive Sponsor and a Client Strategy Manager who learn your business, working side by side with our AI engineers, our data integration team, our security operations team, and a help desk team that knows your entire technology stack.
Our expertise ensures every workflow and AI agent we build has the right constraints, tools, and characteristics for the job. Sometimes that's rules-based automation, sometimes it's an AI agent, and sometimes a person needs to stay in control. Knowing which one fits is part of the job.
Rules-based automation
When the inputs and the rules are predictable.
An AI agent
When the goal is clear but the path varies.
A person in control
When the decision carries risk you can't undo.
Why Endsight
We've been closing technology gaps since 2004
When Endsight started in 2004, the gap was getting growing businesses onto networks and systems they could count on. Then it was keeping those systems secure as the threats got smarter. Then cloud, then data: connecting systems so owners could see their whole business in one place. Every wave looked different on the surface. Underneath, it was the same job: take what the technology can do and make it work the way the business runs.
AI is the biggest version of that job yet, and it sits on top of everything we've already built.

Endsight vs. doing it yourself vs. an AI-only consultancy
AI is only as strong as what it runs on
Most businesses come to us wanting to talk about AI. Within a few minutes we're talking about data, because AI is only as useful as what it can see. Soon after, we're talking about security, because connecting AI to your data means deciding who and what can reach it. Then the systems themselves, because nothing built on a shaky foundation holds. And under all of it sits a help desk your people can call the moment something stops working.
That's the whole stack. Here's how the three ways to close the gap compare across it.

There's always been a gap between what technology can do and how businesses use it. But AI has widened that gap into a chasm. Endsight helps our clients narrow that gap by connecting their data across every system, putting AI and automation to work on the problems they deal with every day, and keeping their core technology stable and secure so everything built on top of it holds. Businesses that close that gap with Endsight are going to grow faster, hire more, and pull ahead of everyone else still waiting for the confidence they need to start.
Ready to find where AI can save your team the most time? Let's talk.
Is this you?
Where teams get stuck once AI shows up
Licenses nobody opens
You bought seats, and most of them sit untouched after the first month.
One power user
One person uses AI for everything. Everyone else is waiting to be shown how.
Tool sprawl
ChatGPT here, Copilot there, a free account on someone's phone. Nobody knows what's in use or what it can see.
AI that can't see your business
The answers are generic because the AI can't reach your files, your CRM, or your line-of-business systems.
Unclear what's safe
Nobody's sure what's OK to paste in, or where it goes after they do.
Pilots that never ship
A promising demo, a few weeks of excitement, then nothing running in production.
Almost every one of these comes down to people.
Your team
In every organization, there are three kinds of AI users
The tool you pick matters. How you deploy it matters more. BCG's 2026 AI at Work survey of nearly 12,000 workers found that a clear deployment strategy lifts business impact by 25 percentage points, while better tools on their own move it about 5. A good deployment strategy starts with the people who'll use it, and every organization has the same three.
The Innovator
Grabs the tool and starts experimenting without being told to. With a deployment strategy behind them, they get pointed at the problems that matter most.
The Curious but Stuck
Knows there's something here, but doesn't know where to start. One good first win on their own work is usually all it takes to unlock them.
The Holdout
Has decided this isn't for them yet. They rarely get argued into it. They come around when they watch the people next to them start winning.
Getting all three moving in the same direction takes a path.
How to roll out AI across your team
Crawl. Walk. Run.
Every organization's AI story can follow the same arc. It starts with "I don't know where to start" and ends with results that build on each other.
Crawl · "I don't know where to start."
Foundational training. Everyone starts on solid ground: AI Office Hours, an AI Opportunity Assessment to find the first opportunities worth chasing, and an acceptable use policy that keeps things safe from day one.
Walk · "I can't believe I just did that."
Deployment on your team's workflows. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot rolled out on the systems your team already uses and pointed at the work that eats their week. This is where the first wins show up.
Run · "Now it compounds."
Custom builds and agents. Automations and agents that carry work on their own inside the boundaries your team sets, with a person approving anything that matters. Autonomy grows as each agent proves itself, and every win makes the next one faster.
What happens as your people follow the path
Your innovators get pointed at the right problems.
Your curious but stuck get their first wins.
Your holdouts start paying attention.
That's when things start to compound.
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot deployment
Specialized support for the AI tools your team uses every day
Claude
Strong on writing, research, and complex documents. Includes Claude Code and Claude for Excel.
ChatGPT
Broad general-purpose deployment, often the right fit for teams standardizing on one assistant.
Gemini
The natural fit for teams that live in Google Workspace: Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Sheets.
Microsoft Copilot
The natural starting point for teams already living inside Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Let's see if we're the right fit to help you close the gap
Three steps, and you'll know.
1. Let's talk.
Tell us where AI stands in your business today, what's working, and what's stuck. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and help you find someone who is.2. Let's find a starting point.
Together we pick two or three quick wins worth exploring, the kind that save hours within weeks, so you see results before you commit to more.3. Let's get started.
You'll meet the people you'll work with: a lead who learns your business and the engineers who'll build alongside your team. If you're already a managed IT client, AI fits into the relationship you have. If you're not, you can start with AI on its own.AI consulting questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What does deployment involve? Why not just buy licenses ourselves?
Deployment means we assess your workflows, choose the right platform, connect it safely to the systems you already use, and train your team to use it well. Buying licenses on your own gets everyone a login and nobody a plan. Twenty years of watching technology rollouts succeed or fail taught us it always comes down to whether someone trained the humans.
What happens on the first call?
It's a working conversation about how your team uses AI today, where the hours go, and what's stuck. You'll leave with a short list of opportunities worth exploring, whether or not we end up working together.
Is our data safe? Will the AI train on what we put in?
Your data stays yours. We configure every AI deployment so your prompts and files are not used to train the underlying models, and we set permissions so the AI only sees what each person is already allowed to see. We treat this the same way we have treated every other security decision for the last twenty years: verify first, trust after.
Do we need an AI acceptable use policy, and what goes in it?
Yes. An acceptable use policy tells your team what AI can touch, what stays off limits, and who is accountable when something goes wrong. We help you write one that fits how your business works, not a generic template pulled off the internet. It becomes part of the safety guardrails we put in place before anyone gets access to a new tool.
How does pricing work?
Platform licenses are priced per user. Assessments, builds, and ongoing support are scoped after the first conversation, once we understand the workflows involved.
How long does it take to put an agent into production?
It depends on the workflow and the systems it touches. Simple automations can be running quickly; agents that span several systems take longer. Yamamoto Law's document review automation took under 20 hours. After the assessment, we'll give you a timeline for your specific workflow.
How much of our team's time will this take?
Less than most people expect. Your team explains how the work gets done and reviews what we build. We handle the design, the build, and the deployment.
Will AI replace our people? How do we bring fearful staff along?
No, and the businesses that lay people off the moment they find an AI efficiency usually regret it. Cutting headcount teaches your team to stop finding efficiencies, since finding one costs them their job. We have watched every major technology shift for twenty years, and the businesses that grew were the ones that let their people take on five times the work instead of doing the same work with fewer people.
What happens after deployment and training? How do we keep getting value?
Deployment and training are the start, not the finish. We stay engaged afterward, watching for new use cases, refreshing training as the tools change, and helping you standardize the skills and prompts that work so they spread across your team instead of living in one person's head. AI moves fast enough that the relationship has to be ongoing, not a project with an end date.
Can we trust the output? What about hallucinations?
Sometimes, which is why we never hand someone a tool and walk away. Every deployment includes training on how to verify AI output before it goes into a client email, a legal filing, or a financial report. The tool gets faster at drafting. Your team stays responsible for checking the work, the same way they would check a junior colleague's first draft.
Which platform should we pick: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot?
The right answer depends on how your team works. In business settings, two tools have pulled ahead: ChatGPT and Claude, and they leapfrog each other every few months, which is good news for everyone using them. ChatGPT started with consumers and added business features later. Claude, from Anthropic, started with the enterprise. If your team lives in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Copilot or Gemini can be the natural first step. Whichever you pick, how you deploy it matters more than the logo on the login screen.

How important is AI to the future of your organization?
That answer decides how much time and money you're willing to put behind getting AI right. We're seeing two camps. One is making AI a priority now, to outperform everyone who waits. The other is watching for the bright spots and planning to move once the path is clearer. We believe the first camp will come out ahead. Whichever camp you're in, make it a decision your leadership makes on purpose.
