Adding your signature to a digital document should not feel like a chore, yet for many people it still does. Typing your name rarely looks like your real handwriting, and trying to draw it with a mouse usually makes things worse. Fortunately, there is a simple way to digitize your actual handwritten signature so you can reuse it whenever you need. Once saved, your signature can be easily added to Word documents, PDFs, PowerPoint slides, or anywhere else a signature is required.

Cybersecurity

Your personal information is already circulating online, whether you like it or not. With the steady stream of data breaches and security incidents, it is nearly impossible for an email address or phone number to remain untouched. A free website called Have I Been Pwned lets you quickly check whether your information has appeared in known breaches. In this webinar clip, Stephen walks through how to use the site.

AI

One of the biggest advantages of AI is its ability to turn hours of work into minutes or even seconds. That time savings allows you and your team to focus on higher priority tasks instead of wrestling with spreadsheets. Since Microsoft 365 already has access to your business data, tools like Copilot can be a secure and practical way to analyze information. In this video, a single prompt is used to analyze and display data directly in Excel, removing the need to remember complex formulas or advanced features while still delivering clear insights fast.
