If you're running XLOOKUP against a plain data range in Excel, you're doing more work than you need to. This week's tip breaks down why converting that range into a table with Ctrl+T changes everything, click through references instead of manual absolute cells, and calculated columns that fill down and update themselves the moment you add new rows.  Your banking apps hold some of your most sensitive information, and a few default iPhone settings leave real mobile banking security gaps. This week's tip covers five quick fixes: automatically deleting verification code texts, turning off text message forwarding to other devices, hiding notification previews for banking alerts, requiring Face ID for banking apps specifically, and locking wallet access when your phone is locked. None of it takes more than a few minutes.

ChatGPT and Codex just added a new memory feature called Computer History that changes how much context your AI agent has about your work. Turning it on in the macOS desktop app builds a timeline from your clicks, typing, and app switches, no screen or audio recording involved, so your agent can answer questions like what document you were just in without you repeating yourself. You control which apps and sites it can see, and can review or delete anything it has captured. Watch the video to see it pull up a recent Google Doc and summarize an entire morning of work from memory alone.
