Each week, you'll receive two practical, bite-sized tips. One to help you get more out of Microsoft 365, and one to strengthen your online security. Each tip comes in a short, easy-to-follow video, carefully selected by the Endsight team to help you work more efficiently and stay protected.

We often include a bonus tip too. These extras might feature AI tips, clips from recent webinars, or leadership advice from our Founder and CEO.

AI can produce a 60-slide deck in minutes. That is the easy part. The hard part comes after, when the story changes and every slide has to be rebuilt by hand. This video argues that generated slides only save time when they are built on PowerPoint's own system of themes, layouts, and placeholders instead of loose boxes and shapes scattered across the canvas. Watch it before you build your next deck.

Most apps ask for your location. Far fewer actually need it, and some keep collecting long after you close them. This video walks through a quick location privacy audit on both iPhone and Android, covering the difference between Always, While Using, and Never, plus why precise location is a setting worth a second look. It takes a few minutes, and what you find may surprise you.

AI

Design usually gets skipped on small projects because it is not worth the time. In this video, a designer at Anthropic shows how he explores onboarding options for a side project, leaves comments on what is working, fixes details himself, then turns the result into a click-through prototype before any code gets written. This is a practical look at AI as a design collaborator, not just a generator.
