Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity is often viewed as a barrier, but in some cases it can actually improve the user experience while strengthening protection. A great example is how you sign in to your device. Instead of relying solely on traditional passwords, Windows Hello provides faster and more secure alternatives such as facial recognition, fingerprint scanning, or a PIN. These options simplify access while maintaining strong security. If you choose to use a PIN, make sure it is not tied to personal information like your birthday, which can make it easier to guess.

AI

Artificial intelligence is powerful, but it is not without its limitations. One of the most important challenges to understand is hallucinations, where AI generates information that sounds correct but is actually inaccurate. This can create risk if users trust outputs without verification. This week’s video explains why hallucinations happen and outlines practical ways to reduce their impact, helping you use AI tools more responsibly and confidently.
