Microsoft 365

If you spend time customizing your toolbar in Microsoft Office, nothing is more frustrating than having an update reset it back to the default. The good news is that you can save your toolbar settings so they are always available to reimport if needed. While the example is shown in Word, this method works across other Microsoft Office applications.

Cybersecurity

While toolbar resets are inconvenient, email security threats are much more serious. Hackers are constantly looking for ways to intercept sensitive information, and unprotected email is one of their favorite targets. This is where email encryption becomes essential. For a deeper look at why this matters, check out this week’s video featuring Stephen Hicks.

AI

If you need a basic image, Microsoft Designer paired with Copilot can get the job done. However, achieving the result you want requires more than just typing a few words. Writing clear and specific prompts gives Microsoft Designer the guidance it needs to generate images that truly match your vision. This applies not just to Designer but to most AI tools, where the quality of your prompt directly impacts the quality of your results.
