If you prefer receiving messages on Teams, this Microsoft 365 tip of the week is for you. You can create a direct link to your Teams account so colleagues can message you with a single click, which makes it a simple addition to an Excel sheet when someone has a quick question. It is also a smart option for your email signature if you prefer Teams over Outlook, helping streamline internal communication and reduce inbox clutter.
