Microsoft

Microsoft Teams' Record Video Clip feature just got a real upgrade. You can now record your screen instead of just your face, and clips can run up to five minutes instead of the old one-minute cap. It is a fast way to walk a coworker through a spreadsheet fix or welcome a new hire from the road. This week's video shows exactly where to find the feature and how to record, trim, and send a clip in under a minute.

Cybersecurity

How much of your personal information do companies actually need? This week's security video puts that question to the test, swapping in pseudonyms instead of real names, emails, and phone numbers for loyalty programs, ride shares, public Wi-Fi, and even renting a car and hailing a robotaxi. It's a good reminder that privacy is a core part of good security, not just a nice to have.

AI

Think Claude Code is only for developers? This week's AI video proves otherwise, showing how a complete non-coder turned a sales pipeline spreadsheet into a working app, drag and drop stages and automatic folder syncing included, using nothing but plain English prompts. It also covers the one real reason to think twice before giving an AI agent this much access to your machine.
