Spacing plays a critical role in how your documents are perceived. When text is too close together, it can feel cramped and difficult to read. On the other hand, too much spacing can make your document look unbalanced and unprofessional. While most users adjust spacing through the toolbar, there is a faster and more efficient method. Using simple keyboard shortcuts allows you to quickly fine tune spacing.
